Our story

A small library, made with love.

Little Saints Library exists to put good, beautiful Catholic books in the hands of as many families as possible — and to give them away.

I’m Kyle, a husband and father. I started Little Saints Library because I wanted my own children — and yours — to grow up surrounded by stories of saints, sacraments, and Scripture, written for the way kids actually read.

Free, by design.

Every digital book and worksheet on this site is free. No paywall, no email gate, no “sign up to download.” Print copies are available at cost through print-on-demand — we don’t mark them up.

The library is funded entirely by donations. If a book has helped your family, you can support the next one.

How AI is used (and not used).

Generative AI is part of how these books get made. I use it the way a writer might use a research assistant or an illustrator might use reference photos — as a tool, not a replacement for discernment.

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Every book is reviewed. Stories are checked against Catholic teaching, Scripture, and the lives of the saints. Where I’m uncertain, I check with a priest or trusted source.
  • AI does not preach. The theology, doctrine, and emphasis come from the Church — not from a language model.
  • Illustrations are reviewed. AI-assisted artwork is curated and edited; nothing goes out that looks careless or misrepresents what it depicts.

The goal is to use modern tools to make more good books, faster, without compromising on what matters: that the books are true, beautiful, and worth a child’s time.

What’s next.

New books and worksheets are added regularly. Eventually the library will include simple games, a homeschool curriculum section, and resources for parishes. If there’s a topic you’d love to see covered — from a particular saint to a teaching you’re trying to share with your kids — I’d love to hear about it.
